MY INSTAGRAM

One of the reasons I love photographing grandparents and little ones, is for the memories (obviously) but that contrast between age and youth is just so darn engaging it makes almost everyone want to say "Aw!"⁠
Super duper important during an engagement or wedding shoot to get photographs of the rings peeps!⁠
Joy can be such an elusive thing if all we do is focus on the bad stuff around us.⁠
Even though photo sessions can be fast paced and hectic, during every family shoot I try to make a point of taking a portrait of each child alone with each parent, it takes a couple of minutes more during each shoot but is an invaluable addition to the final gallery of images I deliver. How gorgeous is this Mom and her boy though? ⁠
This is Bob. He lost his tail to a mean dog, hence the name. Bob is a dream to photograph.⁠
So fabulous when teenagers love to cuddle up to their Grandparents during a family shoot, warms the cockles of my heart it does ♥️⁠

Shhh! If you listen carefully you can hear the magic in the air. This little girl was so imaginative I gave her a scenario to work with and she dropped straight into character without batting an eyelid. Pure gold⁠
