I dedicate this post to the resilience of nature and human nature in light of the devastating fires we’ve experienced this month in Knysna and along our beautiful Garden Route.
All the tragic stories, loss of lives, homes, belongings and precious wildlife. Happily, there were others stories too – of bravery, miracles, generosity, selflessness and compassion, they are the stories I want to remember.
Knysna, you are still beautiful, let the healing begin,
