Cornel booked this photoshoot with me because she, hubby and their three teenage sons live on a farm and two of her boys were moving far away to study and she needed some updated images of them to hang on her walls as a source of comfort when she was missing them, which of course would be every day.
This family is obviously very close and it’s clear that all the boys (including Dad) love Mom and even though she is a softie one flash from her gorgeous green eyes is all that is needed if a reprimand is on the cards.
While the youngsters all got on very well with each other, all are handsome boys too (Mom will need to keep her shotgun handy) it was interesting to see how different their personalities were.
The youngest is full of mischief which you can see from his cheeky smile and twinkling eyes.
The middle son is shy, introspective and gentle.
The eldest young man appeared to be a bit of a mixture of both.
Mom and Dad are clearly still very much in love with each other.
We began the shoot at Fishermans Walk, moved on to Brenton Haven Beachfront Resort and took the final blue hour images at the gorgeous Brenton on Sea beach after the sun had set.
