My photographic style is relaxed and natural and I’m all about about capturing authentic emotions and real moments. During your photo session I use guidance more than static posing. I like to guide my families/groups/couples into a pose, let it unfold naturally and then document it with my camera.
Don’t worry, I’m very bossy and I’ll tell you exactly what I need you to do, I sometimes use games, questions and activities to help you interact naturally with each other. Sometimes I’ll step back to get more photo-journalistic type images and other times I’ll come in really close for more intimate photos, my goal is to capture what makes your group dynamic special and unique.
PETS – TOWEL/PAPER TOWELS – In the event that you have booked a pet photo session or are including you pet in the group shoot we want your furry child to look his or her best so it’s a good idea to bring a towel or paper towels to mop any excess gob off that adorable face. A brush is a good idea for long haired dogs that may gets bits of grass or leaves stuck in their fur.
BOWL AND WATER – Pets sometimes get very hot so it’s nice to have water on hand.
TREATS/BRIBES – Bring your fur baby’s favorite treat along but I only like to use treats as a last resort, so best to keep them hidden unless absolutely necessary!
