HOMECREW PET/HOUSE SIT QUESTIONNAIRE

In order to give you the best service possible I need to know a little bit more about your pets, home and garden. Please complete the questionnaire below as soon as you can. Once it’s completed, simply click the SUBMIT button at the bottom and it’ll be winging it’s way to me in no time.

Please give names and (more or less) ages of your pets

What is your pets feeding regime i.e. how much, how many times per day?

Are you comfortable with us giving the pets any table scraps e.g. bacon or a bit of mince or are they on a strict diet with no extras or treats

Please leave names and numbers of emergency contact people including your vet.

Do we need know any other info about your pets and do we need to give them any medication while you are away? Please stipulate directions and dosage.

Is there an alarm system? Please leave any info necessary, how to arm, disarm etc

Do you require us to water your plants or garden? Please leave instructions below

If you live in a gated complex/estate is there a code that we need to put into the keypad to enter the Estate. Please give code below.

When is garbage collection day and what is the procedure? What bags do we use, where do we put them for collection.

Electricity & Gas. If you have a pay as you go system, please check your balance before you leave. If you use gas please check gas bottles before you leave.Should load shedding occur are there any special instructions you have for us?

Do you have wireless internet and are you comfortable with us connecting to it? If so, please share password below.
