Photo Basics Course – medley of images

Sadly, this is the last week of my online photo basics course with Brooke Snow.  I have learned so much during these past 5 weeks and even though it was a struggle to shoot in Manual Mode, especially in the beginning, now I love the control it gives me over my camera and images, no more priority modes for me!

I had no homework for this week but still decided to post a medley of images anyway, don’t worry Sarah you don’t have to crit them!

Friends, just hanging out
Love the drama of this image
Finally a STARBURST, yay!
Dad’s cap is a tad too big for this little guy
Biscuit master – I like this image despite the partial hand cut-off
I had to have at least ONE image of my gorgeous cat Patchouli, aka “She who must be obeyed”
Early morning musing
Furry children like to play in puddles too!
Reflections of a little boy

In closing, I’d  like to say that I highly recommend Brookes Photo Basic course to any beginner who is serious about taking their photography to a higher level but remember, you need to commit and work hard, the more you put into it the more you’ll get out of it.

Anything worth striving for normally involves a few uphills…

    1. I’ll do my best Mands, I’m going to be fairly busy now with the move so close and I’m not as organised as some people we know… Looking forward to seeing Petrus!
