My coffee moment

One of my favorite “moments” of the day is my “coffee moment”, it happens early in the morning directly after walking the dogs.

While the doggies are munching happily on their breakfast Terry and I sit on the patio and sip our cappuccinos.  It’s not just the drinking of the coffee that I love, it’s the whole coffee making ritual, warming the cups, boiling and frothing the milk, measuring out the coffee and watching it dripping into the little glass jug.  It’s like a pat on the back, a reward for walking the dogs at the crack of dawn, an aromatic little pause in the day before the daily chores begin.
